I need to pick up property in my stored vehicle, what do I need to bring with me?

Only the registered owner may remove property from a vehicle in storage. The registered owner must be present with a government issued form of identification. The registered owner must fill out a property release form. Property release hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

You should contact your insurance company and advise them that your vehicle is in our storage lot. Confirm that you have full coverage insurance on your vehicle. Most of the time with liability only coverage, you will be required to pay the towing and storage cost

Also , we do not allow photo or video to be taken in our storage facility.

Do I need a release from the Law Enforcement agency

If your vehicle has been impounded you will need to obtain a written release from the Law Enforcement agency whom ordered your vehicle impounded.
